Common Questions
Most complete services are turned around within two to three weeks once the watch has arrived and the paperwork is confirmed. Rare movements that need hard to find parts may take longer, and you will always be told of any delay before work continues.
Yes. Every job is evaluated and quoted before a single screw is turned. Our cost estimates are itemized, and any additional work discovered during the service is raised with you for approval before it proceeds. There are never surprise charges.
Use a padded box and a secure inner cocoon so the watch cannot shift inside when moved. Remove any bracelet that could scratch the case if it is easy to do safely, secure the crown, and include a note with your name, email, and a description of any symptoms. Dispatch that to the address on this page.
