A complete service involves dismantling the calibre down to its last gear, inspecting every pivot, jewel, and wheel under magnification, and cleaning each component in a professional rinse and cleaning solution. After cleaning, our watchmakers reassemble the movement with correct clearances and carefully chosen synthetic lubricants applied to the proper points and nowhere else.

We change worn mainsprings, replace broken staffs, and true bent wheels when required. Servicing restores power reserve, smooth winding, and the even ticking rhythm your watchmaker intended. We recommend mechanical watches receive a full service every four to six years depending on how hard they are used.

We fit replacement and bespoke dials, position applied indices squarely, and set hands at the correct heights so they clear the crystal and one another through the entire date change. Perfect perpendicular mounting of hands prevents binding and keeps your watch readable for decades.

Dial work demands the lightest touch. We always protect a dial with lint-free paper and handle it only by its edges, because a single slip can leave a mark visible under normal light.
